Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
Accessing x6b’s website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service constitutes full acceptance of these terms. These terms apply to all users residing in Bangladesh.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable under Bangladeshi law to use the service. Any use of the service by minors will be the full responsibility of their guardians. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
Account Creation and Security
When registering on x6b, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. One person may not create multiple accounts; duplicate accounts will be suspended or closed.
It is your responsibility to keep your password and login details confidential. Report any unauthorized access immediately to the x6b support team. You are liable for all activity unless you prove unauthorized use was reported promptly.
User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
The platform may only be used for personal entertainment. Commercial use or managing accounts on behalf of third parties is forbidden.
Fraud, hacking, bonus abuse, illegal money laundering, or any cybercrime attempts are strictly forbidden. Accounts involved will be immediately terminated.
X6b services operate for users in Bangladesh. Use from countries where such services are legally prohibited is at the user’s own risk.
Use of bots, scripts, or any automated methods on the platform is strictly prohibited. Accounts detected using such methods will be terminated.
Any abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behavior toward other users or x6b staff is strictly prohibited. Such conduct may result in immediate account closure.
Providing false information during identity verification or payment violates terms. x6b reserves the right to verify information at any time.
Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Policy
All transactions on x6b are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). For deposits and withdrawals, only approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket must be used. Any attempts to transact via unauthorized methods will be rejected.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and may change over time. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–3 business days to process. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification is incomplete.

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers
The x6b platform is provided "as is." x6b is not responsible for any losses due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet disconnections. x6b has no control over betting or gaming outcomes, and users bear full financial risk from such results.
X6b will offer maximum assistance regarding issues caused by third-party payment providers’ service failures but is not liable for direct financial compensation. Users must assess risks carefully when using the platform.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
X6b may suspend or permanently close accounts at any time without prior notice, especially for terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal compliance. Users may also request account closure anytime via support.
If an account is closed, verified remaining balances will be refunded; however, bonus funds are non-refundable. Balances may be forfeited if closure is due to terms violations.
Intellectual Property, Third Parties & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the x6b platform—including logos, designs, text, software, game titles, and graphics—is protected under the intellectual property rights of x6b or its licensed partners. Users are not permitted to copy, reuse, distribute, or commercially exploit any content.
Third-Party Connections
X6b may occasionally connect to third-party game providers or payment gateways. Their terms and privacy policies apply independently; x6b is not responsible for these third-party services.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
X6b reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the new terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved in the relevant courts of Bangladesh.
